Your approach to work is structured, efficient and process-oriented. At the same time you have a digital mindset and are curious about how new digital tools and automated solutions can support and develop our HR processes. You see the potential to simplify workflows, strengthen quality and free up time for advising and tasks that create the greatest value for the organization.
