As our new colleague you will be part of a dedicated and ambitious department, where you, in collaboration with colleagues, share responsibility for a number of central HR tasks and administrative processes.

As an HR coordinator you are not only responsible for solving administrative tasks. You play an important role in creating coherence across processes, ensuring high quality in task execution and contributing to our workflows being continuously developed and improved. We are therefore looking for a colleague who naturally takes an interest in how processes can be standardized, simplified and optimized.

Your tasks will include, among others

  • Case processing and advice related to vacation, absence, maternity/paternity leave etc.

  • Handling of work and residence permits for international staff and PhD students.
  • General administrative support for HR processes.
  • Identification and implementation of improvements to HR processes with a focus on efficiency, digitalization and automation.

An important part of the position is also to contribute to the development of our HR area. We continuously work to optimize processes, strengthen the use of data, exploit the opportunities in AI and identify automation potential in our workflows. We therefore expect you to have an interest in translating experiences from daily operations into concrete improvements that create value for both managers, employees, PhD students and colleagues in HR.

The concrete distribution and weighting of tasks and responsibilities depends on your experience and your interests.

Hvem er du?

You have a relevant education, e.g. an office-related or academic background, as well as experience with and/or interest in the tasks included in the position.

It would be an advantage if you have a couple of years' experience after completing your education in public administration or HR.

We also place emphasis on the following

  • communicate confidently and professionally in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • are motivated by collaboration and sparring and thrive with a broad contact surface to both internal and external partners.
  • have an interest in and a curious approach to exploring HR's IT systems and digital solutions.
  • are an experienced user of the Office suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • thrive in a daily life with many ongoing tasks and are good at keeping an overview.
  • work in a structured and independent manner and make well-founded decisions.
  • are good at executing with a focus on high quality in task execution.
  • are able to connect operations and development, so experiences from daily task execution are translated into more efficient processes and better solutions.

It is crucial for success in the position that you both thrive in daily HR operations and actively contribute to the development of our working processes. We therefore seek a colleague who naturally questions existing workflows, sees opportunities for improvement and has an interest in digitization, automation and the use of new technologies.
