Randstad in Aarhus is looking for interns starting in spring 2027. In an internship with Randstad you will be equipped for your future career in recruitment. At the same time you will gain insight into large parts of the HR palette, where you have the opportunity to translate theory into practice.

At the office in Aarhus we are looking for interns who are curious about recruiting different types of hires. We work in two teams, where we have diversity in both specialist areas, experiences and interests.

We perform an extensive range of recruitment tasks for our clients and strive to find the perfect match for both generalists, specialists and managers. This applies across a wide range of positions, from permanent hires to temporary positions and freelance assignments.

Regardless of which business area you are curious about, we can confidently promise that you will gain insight into many different profile types as well as both large and small companies – and that along the way you will have the pleasure of sparring with skilled colleagues and a strong social cohesion.

your tasks will include

• Profile profiling
• Search for candidates
• Telephone screening of candidates
• Candidate interviews
• Written work such as job postings, candidate presentations, contracts etc.
• HR administration and employment law
• Ad hoc tasks related to recruitment processes

You will closely follow your colleagues with various recruitment processes, while your responsibility and independence will gradually increase.

You will continuously receive constructive feedback and sparring from the team and your internship supervisor. In addition, you will have ongoing 1:1 meetings with your internship supervisor to ensure focus on your well-being and, not least, your development.

practical information

We expect you to work around 37 hours per week, but of course we also accommodate that you have an exam you need to be well prepared for. It is a requirement that there is an official internship agreement with a school or another public authority. The internship is unpaid, and we envisage an internship period of 5 months, so you gain as much experience as possible. We can offer an internship in spring 2027.
