HR navigator seeks independent headhunter and recruitment partner - Denmark

HR navigator was established in 2010 and is a focused headhunter and recruitment company consisting of 7 experienced partners. We all have extensive experience in the recruitment and headhunter industry, and all have relevant real-world experience.

Three Danes – right to the core – founded the company and the costs must be small, variable and attributable. So you do not pay for others, and no one takes a ”slice” of your earnings. You pay to participate; the rest you keep – and the tax authorities.

You pay a one-time amount to join, and you buy an ideal share of the ”supply company”, and the price is calculated solely based on the booked equity. And when/if you get tired of us, you sell on the same terms. KISS!

Our processes aim for efficiency and safety in the recruitment process, with great respect for clients and candidates.

You will experience great freedom, and if you have a board position, parallel consulting tasks or the like, it is not only fully accepted; we may even boast of having you on board. We operate in a helpful culture and as mature adults.

About you

• You can let go of the idea of a fixed salary
• You want to work with people in transition to another job
• You want to network, approach clients, nurture relationships – in short, act as a salesperson
• If you have experience from the recruitment industry, that’s good, but not required
• Geographically we could dream of a new partner in e.g. Northern Jutland, Southern Jutland or Funen, but we do not discriminate, and are open to other geographies
