About us

Brønderslev Municipality consists of four directorate areas, where HR is part of the Staff, together with Secretariat, Finance and Digitalisation, Citizen and Property Services.

HR consists of 13 employees and is the municipality's central HR department. In HR we handle many diverse tasks including salary, employee law, occupational health and safety, and organisational development.

Your tasks as an intern

As an HR intern you will have the opportunity to work with several different types of tasks.

You will among other things work with

• General payroll case handling, including record-keeping
• Participate in the implementation of collective agreement settlements, including sending information material to managers and employees and updating the intranet
• HR communication, including building and adjusting HR's intranet
• Data collection and evaluation/analysis of collected data
• Participate in the occupational health and safety days and general occupational safety work

Practical information

The internship is unpaid and tailored to your study program. Start date and duration will be agreed upon. HR is located at Brønderslev Town Hall, so it is easy to get to, whether you come by car via E39 or take the train, which stops only a 5-minute walk from the Town Hall.

About Brønderslev Municipality

We are a municipal workplace with about 3,500 employees, covering the towns and surrounding area around Brønderslev, Hjallerup and Dronninglund. Our administrative staff generally work at one of our two town halls in Brønderslev and Dronninglund.
