HRnavigator seeks independent and proactive headhunter and recruitment partner

Can you recruit the most skilled and qualified specialist- and leadership candidates for companies across many different industries? Are you good at building trustful relationships? And do you want to be independent within a successful concept? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as a partner to our company.

We want to welcome a new skilled and experienced headhunter aboard at our office in Søborg. We also have offices in Aarhus, Herning and Hedensted and are therefore also open to other geographical preferences.

HRnavigator was established back in 2010 and is a focused headhunter and recruitment company consisting of 5 experienced partners. We all have extensive experience in the recruitment and headhunting industry, and have all been top executives before we started the exciting life as a headhunter.

We operate from a strong set of values, where trust, integrity and honesty are the core values. For us it is important to understand our clients' business, and we regard it as a matter of trust when companies approach us in their search for a new employee, and it is a trust which we take pride in maintaining.

Our processes, methods and tools do not differ significantly from others in the industry; where we stand out is in the way we run the business, here you will experience great autonomy, freedom and a minimum of reporting.

About you

It is essential that you have experience as an independent / your own business within recruitment or similar, just as we emphasise that you have solid business and leadership experience, and can use your own experiences to put yourself in the client's situation. In addition, you have a large network and a customer base that you can build on at HRnavigator. You should have an interest in proactive sales work and delivering results, and thus in running your own business.

Presumably you are currently working in a larger consulting firm, but would like a more independent role, where you have a great opportunity to influence both your own income, daily life and development. It may also be that you currently work alone and miss closer collegial bonds and sparring.
