Hybrid shop assistant wanted - HORSENS

BEAUTYCOS is seeking a motivated and engaged hybrid store assistant with sales running in the blood for our new stylish store at Nørregade 52, 8700 Horsens

Then this hybrid position might be just for you!

As our new team member you will have a versatile role, spanning multiple areas. You will be on the front line and help our fantastic customers find the perfect beauty products for their needs. Your knowledge and enthusiasm will create memorable customer experiences.

You will become an important part of our customer service team handling inquiries via telephone and online channels. Your friendly voice and expertise will ensure that our customers feel well assisted.

You will participate in the process of creating new and exciting beauty products online. Your creativity and understanding of the industry will contribute to our assortment development

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with the following qualifications

• A professional background in the beauty industry is an advantage, but not an absolute necessity.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer-friendly attitude and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Flexibility and the ability to juggle different tasks.
• Interest in the beauty world and willingness to learn and develop.

Working hours will be 12:00 - 17:30 on weekdays and 10:00 - 15:00 on Saturdays.
