ICT Leader / ICT Project Coordinator

Job Description

Do you want to lead digital design, BIM coordination and digital deliverables in complex construction and civil engineering projects?

AFRY's Digital Management supports construction and civil engineering projects with ICT management, BIM coordination, information management and digital processes. We ensure that requirements, data and collaboration work across the project's parties and phases. You will become part of a technically competent team in AFRY Places, and create value through effective digital processes and collaboration.

Your tasks

As ICT leader / ICT project coordinator you will play a central role in ensuring structure, quality and digital coherence across projects. You will be the link between project managers, consultants, specialists and clients and contribute to ensuring that digital deliverables are carried out efficiently and in accordance with applicable requirements, and your tasks will include

• Prepare and maintain ICT specifications, ICT process manuals and digital delivery requirements.
• Plan and coordinate BIM and ICT activities through the project's various phases.
• Facilitate model coordination, quality assurance, model checking and consistency control.
• Coordinate digital deliverables between internal and external project participants.
• Advise project managers, discipline leads and clients on digital processes, tools and working methods.

You also contribute to the development and standardization of AFRY's digital working methods as well as knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

About you

We imagine that you have a relevant technical education as a building engineer, building constructor, architect, technical designer or equivalent, as well as experience with digital work processes in the construction and civil engineering industry. You also have

• Solid experience with ICT management, BIM coordination and digital design processes (5-10 years, or more).
• Knowledge of BIM processes, information handling, document management and digital client requirements.
• Experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Dalux, Autodesk Forma, BIMcollab or Solibri.
• Good collaboration and communication skills and experience with coordinating stakeholders.

As a person you work in a structured and quality-conscious manner, create overview in complex projects and are motivated by developing and improving digital processes.

Having certification in ICT, ISO 19650, information management or project management is an advantage but not a requirement. You can communicate professionally in both Danish and English in writing and speech.

Work location

AFRY has 9 locations in Denmark. Depending on your tasks, you can work exactly where you are most productive, innovative and focused. Your base will be at the office in Herning, but other arrangements can be made. A driver's license is an advantage, as project and client meetings can take place at different locations.
