About the job

Do you want to lead projects that translate welfare technology into concrete everyday improvements? Are you motivated by project management, leadership support and organizational anchoring – and do you also thrive when you are close to operations and ensure that new solutions become part of practice? Then it might be you we are looking for!

About the job

In Home Care and Nursing in Aabenraa Municipality we work purposefully to develop and implement welfare technology solutions that can support citizens' independence, professional quality and employees' task execution.

We are looking for an implementation consultant who can drive projects from planning and coordination to implementation, follow-up and anchoring. You will play a central role in creating momentum, supporting management and ensuring that welfare technology solutions are translated into durable changes in the organization's workflows.

You will be organizationally anchored in the quality team in Home Care and Nursing, where you will have the quality and anchoring staff as your closest colleagues and office mates. You will work closely with the district managers and resource persons and become the link between the project, management and daily operations.

In Home Care and Nursing in Aabenraa Municipality our around 550 employees are spread across 12 districts and 25 teams. We work cross-professionally with holistic care and a rehabilitative approach, where presence, collaboration and the citizen's needs are in the center.

Your tasks

Your tasks will among other things be to

  • lead and coordinate welfare-technology projects with focus on progress, goals, timelines and follow-up
  • ensure continued implementation of, among other things, medication robots, screen visits and other welfare technology solutions
  • support management with decision basis, analyses, proposals and management information
  • plan and carry out implementation in close collaboration with the district resource persons and employees
  • support competence development, training and changes to work processes so that new solutions are used in practice
  • follow up on results and benefits and ensure that projects are evaluated and anchored organizationally
  • contribute to coordination and prioritization of new welfare technology initiatives across Home Care and Nursing.

About you

We imagine that you have a relevant health-professional, technological or academic background and experience with project management, implementation or organizational development.

We emphasize that you

  • have strong competencies in project management and can create structure, overview and momentum
  • can translate strategic goals into concrete plans and actions in daily operations
  • have a leadership perspective and can prepare clear decision bases and follow up on results
  • are persistent and work purposefully with anchoring, so that implementation does not stop at the introduction of a new technology
  • are good at building relationships, engaging others and collaborating across disciplines and organizational levels
  • are motivated by close, operational implementation and thrive being present where the technology must function in practice.

You can maintain strategic overview while also taking concrete steps when implementation requires dialogue, adaptation and follow-up close to the employees.

We offer

  • a central role in the development of welfare technology in Home Care and Nursing
  • opportunity to influence project management, implementation and anchoring of solutions that make a difference for citizens and employees
  • a close collaboration with leaders, resource persons and colleagues in the quality team
  • a versatile position where strategic development and practice-oriented implementation go hand in hand.
