In-person interviewer - nationwide

Wilke is seeking personal interviewers for market research projects across the country.

As an interviewer at Wilke, you will be an important part of our data collection, where we help companies and organizations understand people, their attitudes and behaviour.

We work with a wide range of projects, and you will become part of a flexible setup, where you are continuously assigned to different tasks.

About the job

As a personal interviewer, your primary task is to contact people and conduct interviews in different environments.

Examples of where tasks may take place

• At events
• On buses and transport
• At tourist destinations
• In citizens' homes
• At workplaces or institutions

Interviews are conducted via an iPad and follow a structured questionnaire.

The job is freelance, and we can offer the number of hours that suits you. It is not a requirement to have a car, but it can be an advantage in some cases.

On a typical workday you start from home and travel to a location in your local area, where you conduct interviews. During the day there will be ongoing check-ins as needed with your immediate supervisor. In addition, we hold meetings where we review project status and ensure a common direction.

You report to Wilke's CAPI Manager, with whom you will be in ongoing dialogue on a day-to-day basis.

Training

We ensure you are well prepared for the role.

You will go through a structured onboarding process, where you receive a methodical introduction via our learning platform. In addition you will receive practical training in interview technique and working methods, as well as a thorough introduction to the projects you work on.
