Industrial cleaning worker sought for try&hire in Skærbæk

On behalf of a client in Skærbæk we are looking for an employee for industrial cleaning.

Are you good at creating structure, taking responsibility and getting a team to function in a busy everyday life? Do you have experience with industrial cleaning, and do you thrive with both practical tasks and coordinating employees?

We are seeking an engaged and responsible supervisor who can ensure efficient daily operation, high quality in the work and good cooperation among the employees. You will become an important part of the daily coordination and at the same time actively participate in the practical tasks.

You will, in time, come to

• Be responsible for the daily coordination and ensure that the employees are well organized and have the necessary prerequisites to perform their work.
• Participate actively in the daily tasks within industrial cleaning.
• Ensure that the work is carried out safely and responsibly and meets applicable quality and occupational safety requirements.
• Introduce new employees to work routines, equipment and safety rules.
• Follow up on work results and contribute to a good collaboration in the team.
• Be a contact person in the daily dialogue with customers and the company's management.

Your profile

• Speaks and understands Danish at a high level
• Can take initiative and create structure in a busy workday.
• Have experience in collaborating with and guiding other employees.
• Work responsibly and have a focus on safety and quality.
• Are good at communicating with colleagues, customers and management.
• Can adapt to changes and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Have basic IT skills for registration and reporting.
• Have a driving license for an ordinary car (category B).
