Industrial technician (Mazak) wanted near Ringkøbing

Our client near Ringkøbing is seeking a passionate industrial technician with experience using Mazak machines. You will become part of the team and be responsible for ensuring that your machine runs smoothly. Your tasks will include setting up and starting up workpieces and monitoring production. You must perform preventive maintenance and minor adjustments so the machine always performs optimally. At the same time you will contribute to maintaining high quality and ensure that production follows the schedule.

Tasks

• Setting up, starting up and operating Mazak CNC machines
• Manufacturing of parts according to technical drawings and specifications
• Ongoing quality control of parts and documentation of results
• Preventive maintenance and minor adjustments of machines
• Optimization of machining processes and tool selection
• Collaboration with the team to ensure efficient and smooth production

Professional Qualifications

• An education as an industrial technician or substantial trained experience
• Strong knowledge of MAZAK and preferably MasterCAM or EdgeCAM.
• Experience with programming and setup
• Danish-speaking
