Industrial technician for CNC machining and quality in Odense

We are looking for an industrial mechanic for the machine workshop in Odense.

You will become part of a larger production environment where CNC machining and precise components fill the daily routine. The customers are mainly industrial companies and machine builders, so tolerances, measurements and finish must be top quality. The workshop has an updated CNC machine fleet, and tasks range from single parts to more complex solutions. The culture is down-to-earth, and emphasis is placed on fair conditions and good team spirit.

You work independently at the machine and take responsibility that the pieces are made correctly. This is a role for someone who enjoys nerding out on details without making things heavier than they need to be. When something can run smarter, there is room to say it out loud.

What you get Salary: 210-235 DKK per hour

Area of work: Odense and surrounding area

Colleagues: About 105 employees

Union: Employed under applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: CNC machining, metrology and finish

Your daily life The day is built around parts, machines and measurements in the workshop. You take on CNC machining, check measurements along the way and report if something needs adjustment in operation or quality.

You will among other things be working with

• Machining parts on CNC machines
• Using metrology and quality assurance in the work
• Working with specials, automation and finishing
• Contributing to maintenance and operation optimization

We are looking for someone who can check off most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as an industrial mechanic or machine operator
• Preferably have at least 2 years of production experience
• Can work independently at the machine
• Are thorough with measurements and quality
• Speak up if something doesn’t align

It is an advantage if you have worked with CNC, automation or finishing before. But the most important is that you show up consistently and take responsibility for what you do.
