Information Security Coordinator

In IT and Digitalisation in Holbæk Municipality, we are seeking an information security coordinator who will help protect citizens' data and the municipality's digital services. Digitalisation creates new opportunities for citizens and employees, but also places greater demands on cybersecurity, data protection and robust operations. You will help us translate requirements, risks and legislation into solutions that work in practice.

About the job

As information security coordinator, you will play a key role with a great influence on the municipality's security work. You will act as the link between management, specialised areas, IT and external partners, and you will work with both advisory, coordination and concrete security tasks. One day you will prepare a risk assessment or a decision proposal for management. The next day you will follow up with a supplier, handle a security incident or help colleagues understand what the security requirements mean for their work.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Drive and further develop the municipality's work with information security and cybersecurity
• Implement and follow up on NIS2, GDPR and ISO 27001
• Prepare risk assessments, DPIAs and security assessments
• Support management with reporting, KPIs and decision proposals
• Handle security incidents, data breaches and emergency activities
• Conduct supplier oversight and work with data processing agreements
• Develop awareness campaigns and training for leaders and employees
• Contribute to governance around AI and new digital technologies

About us

You will become part of the information security team with three dedicated and helpful colleagues who, among other things, work with information security, cybersecurity and GDPR.

We are part of a larger department called IT and Digitalisation, which consists of four other teams: Support, Digitalisation, Operations and Automation, and together we are 34 employees.

IT and Digitalisation is part of the staff function Development, IT and Communication, which in addition to IT and Digitalisation also includes HR, HUSC and Communication.

• Communicate securely with both technicians, managers and professionals
