We are looking for an engaged teacher with experience in assembly and production for Skjern Technical School, part of the Ringkøbing-Skjern Education Center (UCRS). You will turn practical tasks into teaching, which students can use in their future working lives.

You do not need to have taught before. The most important is that you know your subject, want to teach others and develop yourself as a teacher.

About you

You have a solid practical foundation and a desire to help others learn. We envision that you:

• Are an assembly operator, or have another relevant background with solid experience in assembly and production
• Have experience with assembly according to drawings and work instructions, use of tools and quality control
• Can explain and demonstrate tasks in a simple and motivating way for both young people and adults
• Are patient and curious and can support students with different starting points
• Focus on safety, ergonomics and good use of materials in daily work
• Works well with others and contributes to a positive working environment
• Works independently and creates structure in everyday life and tasks

Teaching experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We will help you get started in the teaching role if you have the technical foundation and the desire to teach.

UCRS is a self-governing educational institution offering a broad range of youth and adult education in Ringkøbing and Skjern. Our education portfolio includes the gymnasial educations HHX and HTX, a number of EUD and EUX programs, as well as 10th grade, VUC, AMU and VEU. Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are set according to the applicable collective agreement. The position is a full-time job. The salary range is DKK 31,373.02 to 37,603.87 per month, including pension.
