Interdisciplinary Project Manager - AI

Interdisciplinary project manager Lead projects where architecture and engineering are conceived together from the start. At AI Architects & Engineers you as an interdisciplinary project manager will play a key role in the development and execution of our construction projects – especially in social housing construction. You will set the direction for our cross-disciplinary teams that work closely from project start, so that the projects develop as a single integrated whole rather than separate disciplinary tracks.

You will have the opportunity to

• lead cross-disciplinary project teams where architects and engineers develop solutions together.
• shape the development of projects from the initial ideas to completion – with a focus on quality, cost, time and sustainability.
• collaborate closely with clients, sub-consultants and contractors to create good processes around the projects
• communicate projects and solutions in dialogue with boards and residents and translate technical decisions into understandable choices.
• contribute to the development of our working methods in a strong professional community where experiences are shared, and new ideas have room.
