Are you passionate about IT support, and are you motivated by finding solutions when technology is troublesome? Do you also want to work in an international production environment where well-functioning IT is essential for daily operations? Then you could be our new IT Supporter in Global IT, Gråsten.

In Global IT you will have a diverse daily life, where you help colleagues with their IT challenges, work with modern Microsoft technologies and support the IT infrastructure that keeps our production and business running. You will become part of a strong professional team with both local and global contact surfaces.

IT plays a central role in our continued growth and development. As IT Supporter you will be part of a team of nine employees in a global IT organization with a total of 30 colleagues. Together you ensure stable, modern and efficient IT solutions for the business areas BHJ and Essentia Protein Solutions. You will get a broad role with both daily support, operations, troubleshooting, documentation and the opportunity to contribute to projects and new solutions.

Responsibilities and tasks

You will among other things work with

• IT support and Helpdesk at Level 1 and 2
• Support and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Support of business applications and IoT devices
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
• Troubleshooting on clients, networks and other IT infrastructure
• Administration of users, devices and access rights
• Development of SOPs, user guides and Knowledge Base articles
• Participation in IT projects and implementation of new solutions
• Automation and optimization of processes
• Support to colleagues across our global locations

Competencies and personal profile

We imagine that you have a solid IT professional toolbox and thrive with both technical challenges and close contact with users.

You

• Are educated as IT support specialist or have a corresponding IT professional background
• Have several years of experience with IT support in a professional organization
• Have solid experience with Microsoft-based IT infrastructure
• Have experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and cloud-based solutions
• Have experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Have experience with networks, endpoint administration and hardware
• Communicate professionally in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing
• Work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and take pride in delivering good service
• Are willing to participate in a formalized 24/7 IT on-call shift arrangement
