IT Supporter – Focus on store and user support

We are looking for a dedicated IT support specialist to join our team at Imerco's head office.

As an IT support specialist at Imerco, your primary task will be supporting Imerco's 165 stores and the skilled store colleagues who create great customer experiences every day. In addition, you will also support the employees at our head office, as well as the central warehouse.

Support for the stores is carried out primarily over the phone and remote connection to equipment, as well as by email via our ticketing system Fresh Service.

Santime there will be tasks where you travel to the stores or central warehouse to assist directly on site.

From the Helpdesk you are also an important sparring partner for the employees at the head office, where you help with everything from daily IT questions to troubleshooting and guidance.

Our IT department consists of 17 colleagues, and in the support team you will have five skilled colleagues.

In Imerco's IT department one of our strengths is that we do not operate with the traditional 1st and 2nd level support division. We lift tasks collectively and help each other across competencies and areas of responsibility. This means that you will have varied tasks, where you work with support for both stores and office, but also have the opportunity to be involved in tasks within infrastructure, systems and collaboration with our developers.

Arbejdsopgaver

Although your tasks will vary, a typical workday will often consist of the following tasks:

• Support colleagues out in the stores – typically around the checkout system
• Respond to support inquiries that come into our shared ticketing system
• Handle smaller projects, such as rollout of new software
• Creation and replacement of PCs and printers, both at the warehouse, HQ and in store
• Handle walk-in cases from our colleagues at the head office
• Expansion of our documentation, internally and for users

There are several paths that can lead to this job. We imagine that you are a trained IT support specialist and we would like you to have experience from a similar position. But perhaps you come from the retail sector, a call center or another service function, where you have worked with people and customer service, and if you also have an interest in IT and a desire to learn more, we would love to hear from you.

You thrive on helping others and are motivated by finding solutions when colleagues experience technical challenges in their daily work. At the same time you are curious when you don't know the answer right away. You are structured in your approach and focused on following up tasks and cases to completion.

Because travel may be required, it is important that you have a driver's license. We are looking for a colleague who can start as soon as possible. There will be ongoing training, and of course we will ensure that you receive the necessary support and mentoring so that you get off to a good start.

Arbejdstider

The position is a permanent role of 37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday 8-16, and every third weekend 8.30-15
