IT support specialist & aspiring Business Central super user

For Ellepot in Esbjerg, TalentTrack Recruitment Specialist is seeking an independent and solution-oriented IT-supporter who both wants to help colleagues in everyday life and take responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure, Microsoft platform, IT security and Business Central.

About the position

In the role you will become an important IT resource at Ellepot and have a broad contact surface within the organization.

You will handle daily IT support while also working with our Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID as well as infrastructure, IT security and ongoing maintenance.

A significant part of the role will be Business Central. Ellepot is in the process of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and you will be part of the project and have the opportunity to gradually build the role as an internal super user.

After go-live you will become a central internal support and sparring partner for the organization and a link to our external ERP partner.

You therefore do not need to be an expert in Business Central from day one – the most important is that you have the interest and ability to understand the system, our processes and find solutions.

Organizationally you will report to the Head of IoT Development & Digitalization, and you will also have good opportunities for sparring with colleagues who work with other IT and digitalization-related areas.

Daily life is not necessarily predictable. A user inquiry or an IT outage can change the day’s priorities, while the fixed tasks around security, updates and maintenance still have to be resolved.

Therefore it is important that you can work in a structured way and at the same time maintain an overview when things change.

Your key tasks

IT support & users

• Provide daily IT support to Ellepot’s employees and help with hardware-, software- and user-related challenges.
• Take ownership of inquiries and see problems through to resolution – even when the solution requires involvement of external partners.
• Ensure a good and service-minded experience for users.

Microsoft platform, infrastructure & IT security

• Work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID.
• Manage user and access control, devices, policies and security settings.
• Contribute to operation, maintenance and further development of the company’s Microsoft environment.
• Work with IT security, updates and ongoing improvements of the technical platform.
• Collaborate with our external IT partners, but at the same time be able to take ownership and solve a large part of the daily tasks internally.
• Focus on ensuring the IT environment functions stably and securely in daily operations.

Business Central

• Participate in Ellepot’s ongoing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and build competencies as an internal super user.
• After go-live be a super user and internal support function for Business Central.
• Help colleagues with questions and challenges and be the link to our external ERP partner.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of workflows, configuration and use of Business Central.
• Translate needs and challenges from the organization into solutions together with our ERP partner.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive tasks forward yourself when a solution needs to be found.

About you

You are independent, proactive and the type who naturally gets going to find a solution when a problem arises.

You don’t just bring the problem – you also bring a suggestion for how it can be solved.

You have a good technical understanding and practical experience with IT support and the Microsoft platform.

You have worked with, for example, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID and are used to working with users, devices, access management and IT security.

You do not need to be a specialist in all areas, but you should have the desire and ability to independently understand technical issues and drive them to a solution.

It is an advantage if you have experience with Business Central or another ERP system, but it is not a requirement. If you have the desire and ability to learn, there is significant opportunity to develop in the role.

As a person you are service-oriented and collaborative, but at the same time self-driven. You thrive in a day-to-day where priorities can change, and where you are expected to take responsibility to get tasks completed.

You communicate easily and naturally in both Danish and English.

Since the role involves daily support of colleagues and our local IT environment, we expect that you will initially work on-site at Ellepot in Esbjerg.
