IT support employee for Samsø Municipality

Temporary position of about 30-37 hours per week for 6 months Would you like to use your IT skills in a municipality where you quickly get to know both colleagues and the organization?

We are looking for an IT support assistant for our IT department in a temporary 6-month position. We are busy with a number of larger projects and digitalization initiatives, and therefore we need an extra colleague to the team.

With us you will be part of a small IT department with five employees, where we help each other, pull together and have an informal tone.

Your tasks

You will help with daily IT support, including

• Support for the municipality's employees
• Preparation and setup of computers, phones and other IT equipment
• Troubleshooting hardware and software
• Creation and deactivation of users and access rights
• Assistance in resetting PCs
• Various practical IT tasks at the municipality's locations

Who are you?

You do not need a formal IT education or many years of experience. The essential thing is that you have solid IT skills and can contribute from day one.

The most important is that you

• Have a good grasp of IT and are curious about new technology
• Can troubleshoot and solve IT-related problems independently
• Are service-minded and meet users at eye level
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Thrive in a smaller organization where tasks are varied

Perhaps you have experience with IT support, perhaps you are a self-taught IT whiz. The most important is that you are eager to learn and contribute.

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
