ITK project assistant

About the Job: ITK is seeking an experienced project assistant for planning, coordinating and delivering larger technology-related events, particularly the Vilde Teknologier festival and the HACK:ED project.

You will play a central role in both the planning and the practical execution of events for different audiences including: citizens, school students, businesses and professionals. You will also contribute to our national and international projects.

• Your tasks include among others:
• Planning and coordination of technology festivals, conferences and professional events.
• Development of exhibitor plans focusing on placement of exhibitors, arrangement of exhibition areas and audience flow.
• Coordination with exhibitors, volunteers, suppliers and other partners.
• Administration of registrations and participant management via digital event platforms.
• Development of graphical material, programs and targeted communication for both print and digital media.
• Coordination and dissemination in national and international projects as well as development and maintenance of content for the harbor screen via OS2display.
• Coordination for the project opendatadk

Your Profile: We are looking for an independent and structured event coordinator with experience in technology, innovation and communication.

We place particular emphasis on you having

• In-depth knowledge of the Vilde Teknologier festival and experience with larger technology-related events.
• Experience with exhibitor planning, including development of exhibitor plans and coordination of exhibitors.
• Strong communication skills and experience with graphic production and digital dissemination.
• Experience with digital platforms such as Pretix, Umbraco and OS2display.
• Experience coordinating national and international projects as well as partners.
• Knowledge of open data and open source

You work independently, have an eye for detail and can maintain an overview when many tasks must be solved simultaneously.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment conditions are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Danish Association of Municipalities and the negotiating organization. Employment from 1 January 2027.

Weekly hours: 30

This is a fixed-term position from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028.
