IT/OT Compliance Specialist

Do you have a strong interest in technical standards and compliance? Are you motivated by combining your professional expertise with work within rules, governance and security? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you, where you will play a central role in the implementation of GRC solutions for manufacturing companies and utility providers.

About the Role

You will become part of a department with 19 employees and join a specialized team of 5 colleagues. The position gives you a unique opportunity to contribute to the development, operation and maintenance of IT- and OT-security levels based on the IEC 62443 series.

Your main areas of responsibility will include

• Build, develop and maintain IT/OT-compliance
• Ensure documentation in accordance with applicable laws and standards
• Advice and collaboration with customers in critical infrastructure

You will have an independent and versatile everyday life with a high degree of freedom with responsibility. At the same time, you will become a central player in our compliance work reporting to the nearest manager and in close collaboration with the rest of the organization. You will work both client-facing with GRC tasks and internally as a sparring partner on our solutions and deliveries.

The department is new. Therefore we are expanding our IT/OT deliveries, and for that we are looking for a colleague who, together with the GRC team, will handle IT/OT-security level, IEC standards and risk analysis as well as incident response policies.

About you

We imagine that you have a strong interest in IT/OT security and compliance and are motivated to work structurally with standards and regulations. You thrive at the intersection of technology and governance and want to translate complex requirements into concrete solutions for customers.

Additionally, we would like you to

• Have experience with – or interest in – IT/OT security and relevant standards (e.g., IEC 62443)
• Work in a structured manner and focus on documentation and quality
• Be analytical and have a natural approach to risk assessment and problem solving
• Thrive with customer contact and be able to advise in a clear and trust-building manner
• Be able to work independently, but also contribute actively in a developing team
• Have good communication skills – both in Danish and English

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with OT environments, or have experience from the automation industry.
