Job broker for the Capital Region (Business Consultant)

We are seeking an experienced job broker for the Capital Region for placement with partner organizations for the period December 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. You are expected to be on site three days a week and work from home two days a week.

DIN PROFIL?

We assume that you have worked as a business consultant and that you come from the employment sector, preferably from a job center or another actor, and that you have experience with the following areas: sickness benefit and job clarification. It is a requirement that you can work in both Fasit and Vitas. In addition we expect you to bring good humor and a high energy level, as well as that you are passionate about helping people in or back to ordinary employment.

JOBBET?

Your overarching task as a Job Broker is to help citizens on public transfer incomes into or back to ordinary employment.

Your daily work will primarily consist of the following tasks

• Ongoing job-focused conversations with citizens, including clarification of A, B, C preferences, clarification of possible accommodation considerations and geography, etc.
• Place citizens in internships with a focus on subsequent possibilities for paid hours or employment.
• Journalisation in Fasit and establishment of Vitas
• Preparation of clarifying internship reports and written documentation
