Your tasks

As a customer support representative you will help customers with

• Home appliances : washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators and ovens
• Vacuum cleaners and cleaning products : classic and cordless models as well as robotic vacuum cleaners
• Coffee machines and kitchenware : built-in and freestanding solutions
• Professional products : laundry and dishwashing systems for commercial use

You will

• Answer customers' inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Assist with setup, use and troubleshooting of the products
• Advise on spare parts and accessories
• Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience
• Handle warranty and service requests

We expect

• Danish in both written and spoken form
• Good English skills
• Experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
• Technical understanding and IT knowledge
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things
