Join the Fitbit team in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you live outside Bulgaria, you will receive help with the entire relocation process so you can settle into your new adventure.

Your tasks

• Help Fitbit users via phone and written inquiries
• Answer questions about daily use of Fitbit devices
• Find solutions with a focus on the individual customer's needs
• Identify recurring challenges and issues and report them further
• Collaborate with international colleagues in a positive and helpful work environment

• Speak and write Danish
• Have a good level of English (minimum B1)
• Have basic knowledge of iOS and Android
