We are seeking a customer advisor for an exciting role with Audi – one of Europe’s most iconic car manufacturers. The position is 100% remote from Portugal, and you will be a key player in an international team that ensures an extraordinary customer journey for Audi’s users.

What does a Customer Service Advisor do?

As a customer service advisor you are the customer’s direct point of contact and help with everything from car technology to digital features and services. You create a professional experience with structure, empathy and high quality at the center.

Your tasks include, among others

• Responding to inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Troubleshooting technical problems and guidance in car systems
• Logging customer interactions in the CRM system
• Updating on Audi’s products and policies
• Active participation in the team’s sharing of best practices

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes Danish + has a minimum B2 level in English
• Has experience in customer service – preferably from the automotive sector
• Has technical flair and interest in digital solutions
• Can communicate clearly, solve problems and build trust
