Customer Service & Technical Support – Mercedes-Benz – Start in the Danish team at our office in Greece.

What will I do?

As a customer service representative for Mercedes-Benz you will be part of the frontline support, handling calls, emails and chats from both private and corporate customers on a daily basis. Your tasks can include:

Roadside Assistance (RSA)

• Help with breakdowns, engine faults, punctures and other urgent issues
• Gathering important information: license plate, customer data, GPS location, tire size, etc.
• Coordination of recovery and transportation to a workshop
• Support for both B2B and B2C

Connected Mobility Services (CMS)

Perfect for you if you love mobile technology.

• Support for the Mercedes Me app and digital services
• Assistance with login, account activation and app features
• Guidance on connecting the mobile phone to the car (Android/iOS)
• Activation/deactivation of digital services
• Basic troubleshooting and technical support

Customer Service (CS)

• Warranty questions
• Booking workshop appointments
• Information about dealers and service centers
• Complaints, technical questions and documentation
• Price and tax inquiries

You start with two competency areas and later receive training in the third.

Do I need to have experience?

No – experience is not a requirement.

You will receive thorough training in systems, communication and Mercedes-Benz’s products and services.

What is the office environment like?

You will be part of a large international team with colleagues from across Europe. The focus is on community, social activities and a modern working environment.

Your responsibilities

• Road assistance for breakdowns and technical issues
• Coordination with technicians and partners
• Help with product information, digital services and service agreements
• Support via phone, email and chat
• Ensure a professional and friendly customer experience

Your qualifications

• You speak Danish
• You speak English at B2 level
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT understanding (Office 365, CRM, apps, mobile software)
• You can multitask and stay calm under pressure
• You type a minimum of 25 words/min with 85% accuracy
• A driving license is a plus, but not required
