What does a Customer Support Representative do?

You respond to customer inquiries via email and chat and ensure that each customer receives a professional and helpful experience. You assist with technical support, guide customers through the platform and ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and correctly. You also monitor the website’s functionality and report bugs or operational problems to the team lead. Additionally you help promote new products and campaigns and support the team with ad hoc tasks when needed.

You will be part of a smaller, sociable team where personality and collaboration are highly valued — and where Friday drinks, communal lunch and social activities are a natural part of the culture.

Your responsibilities

• Customer support via email and chat
• Technical guidance and troubleshooting
• Monitoring the platform’s functionality
• Reporting of operational problems
• Assistance with campaigns and product information
• Knowledge sharing and support for new colleagues
• Updating internal systems and customer history
• Ad hoc tasks as needed

Your qualifications

• Speaks and writes Danish and good English
• Outgoing, social and thrives in a young team
• Attention to detail and works in a structured way
• Motivated to learn — experience is not a requirement
• Bonus: Experience in customer service or familiarity with the casino/iGaming industry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay aware of the overview

Since the team consists of only eight Danish colleagues, great emphasis is placed on personality and how you function in the group. You need to thrive in an environment where you work together and do things together outside working hours.

Salary and benefits

• Annual salary: 27,000 EUR
• Relocation package
• Salary increases after training/qualification
• Approx. 15% tax
• 40 hours per week
• Rotation between 08:00 – 21:00
