About the position

Your tasks in the team

An important part of the job is our service calls. We contact among other things members when they complete an education, and welcome new members when they have joined.

We also contact members who wish to resign. When we reach out and have the personal conversation, some of them choose to stay in HK Midt's professional community.

As a member of the member team there are also various member data which you continuously will help maintain and update.

How you work in the team

Your work will primarily take place at our office in Odense. From here you will have broad contact with both colleagues in our own organization and of course with our members. The work in the team is well structured, and we have targets and deadlines to meet.

Employment terms

The position is 37 hours per week, including lunch, and we have a flexitime arrangement.

You must work at our office in Odense, Lumbyvej 11, 5000 Odense C.

Remuneration is according to the Ny Løn principles and in accordance with the agreement between OK-fællesskabet and the Employers Association HK.
