Sales Consultant for Van Mossel – Mercedes-Benz passenger cars (Søborg)

Nikolajsen & Partners are seeking on behalf of Van Mossel an experienced sales consultant for the sale of new Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. You will become part of a strong sales team where colleagues help each other and achieve the shared goals together.

ABOUT THE JOB

You are responsible for the sale of new Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, from first contact and test drive to delivery of the car. Customers have high expectations, and your task is to provide them with a customer experience beyond the ordinary. You advise on the car, equipment, financing and leasing and maintain contact with the customer so they also buy their next car from you. You report to the department's sales manager.

YOUR TASKS

• Sales and advice on new Mercedes-Benz passenger cars
• Advice on financing, leasing and service agreements
• Systematic follow-up on leads, quotes and existing customers
• Building a loyal customer base that returns
• Close collaboration with colleagues across sales, workshop and administration

ABOUT YOU

You have at least 3 years of experience in car sales or equivalent advisory sales. You are approachable and energetic and have a pronounced service mindset. You never promise more than you can deliver, and you use IT systems to keep an overview in a busy everyday life.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in car sales or similar
• Create trust and good relations with both customers and colleagues
• Are results-oriented and proactive
• Work in a structured manner and always follow up
• Communicate clearly and effectively

WE OFFER

You receive a fixed salary and commission with a guaranteed commission, a car allowance with the possibility of staff leasing, pension, health insurance, 5 weeks of vacation plus 5 additional days off, as well as ongoing training and product training. You work every other weekend and have a fixed weekly day off.
