Jonstrupvang is a specialized residential and day service in Værløse for adults, of whom the majority have cerebral palsy. Here 46 people aged 18 to 60+ live, and we also have a day service for around 23 day-service users.

We work across disciplines and with a neuro-pedagogical perspective. You don’t need to know everything in advance. Instead, you must be curious, reflective and eager to learn.

have a pedagogical background and are passionate about making a difference. You meet people with respect, trust and good humor. You can work independently and take initiative, but also thrive in a strong interdisciplinary community.

We value your ability to reflect on your own practice, share your knowledge and be loyal to joint decisions. You must be able to use IT at user level, as documentation and clear communication are a natural part of the job.

We are hiring both a day shift worker and an evening shift worker, so you have the opportunity to choose what fits your life best. The positions are 28 to 37 hours, we focus on flexible arrangements and good dialogue about working hours so that work-life balance fits. As a day shift you are included in a planned shift schedule with work every 3rd weekend and some holidays, and as an evening shift you work in a 2/5 scheme. Start date 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible. Interviews are held continuously.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement between Danske Regioner, FOA and The National Association of Social Pedagogues.

The appointment is made after obtaining satisfactory references and a criminal record check.
