We are looking for a ground- and concrete worker for concrete and digging work in Nørre Snede.

You will land in a contractor team of about 30 employees, where civil works, concrete, soil and sewerage are close to each other. The work is mainly on commercial and public tasks, but there are also private projects on the calendar. The sites are around Nørre Snede, and the role alternates between independent tasks and partner work. Here it matters that the agreements hold.

You will have a daily routine with both concrete, earth and excavation work, so you do not do the same thing every day. Some tasks you handle yourself, others with a partner, so you must be able to take responsibility and also communicate properly on site. The company car is part of the package. A driver’s license is required.

Everyday: Concrete, earth and excavation

Your everyday On site, the day is about making concrete, earth and excavation work fit together in the correct sequence. You take hold where the task has reached, and say if something needs to be adjusted before the next trade can come in.

You will among other things work with

• Work with concrete tasks on new builds and infrastructure
• Carry out earth- and excavation work on the sites
• Take part in new builds where the base and foundation must be ready
• Pour foundations and pedestals
• Level and regulate terrain

The good thing about the role is the breadth: some days it’s earth and excavation work, other days concrete or preparation for new builds. When something changes on site, you say so in time - so the agreements can hold.

We are looking for you who can tick off most of it You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Preferably have at least 2 years of experience from earth, concrete or excavation work
• Can work independently when the task requires it
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Say if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have tried both concrete work, earthwork and new builds before. But the most important is that you can take the initiative and work properly on site.
