Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital are seeking a dedicated lawyer for the Legal Department and Secretariat. The unit consists of 9 employees, including 4 lawyers, and is part of the Secretariat and Organisation staff.

Your tasks

As a lawyer with us you will have a broad portfolio of tasks and extensive contact across the hospital.

The tasks include, among others

• advise on health law, psychiatric act, administrative law and public law in general
• provide legal sparring to the executive, managers, leaders and clinicians
• work with data protection law issues
• educate on, among other things, consent, confidentiality, data protection, access to information and coercion in psychiatry
• draft notes, case summaries, consultation responses and decision briefs
• respond to inquiries from patients, citizens, authorities and partners
• contribute to the development of workflows, processes and legal standards

Who are you?

You are trained cand.jur. or cand.soc.jur. and have an interest in health law, data protection law and the public law field, and you

• have strong legal analysis and communication skills
• can articulate yourself clearly and precisely both in writing and orally
• thrive in cross-disciplinary and cross-sector collaboration and can understand different professional perspectives
• have political, strategic and organizational understanding and can navigate safely in a complex organization
• create overviews, exercise sound judgement and work independently when tasks are complex and time is tight
• show initiative, work with quality consciousness and are motivated by developing and improving workflows and solutions
• thrive in a changing daily life and can maintain focus and momentum
• contribute to a strong professional and social community with engagement, collaboration and good humor

Salary and employment conditions

The position is 37 hours per week with starting as soon as possible. Salary and employment conditions follow the agreements for academics employed in the regions, etc. 33.01.1.
