Jysk Energi seeks an Electrician for high-voltage installations

Are you keen to contribute to the increasing electrification of our society? Then we have a versatile job in our service and construction department, which works with distribution networks and maintenance of high-voltage installations. You will become part of our Infrastructure business with more than 60 colleagues, who establish and maintain both electricity and fiber networks. You will have close collaboration with your competent colleagues and managers in a daily life where your contribution helps us maintain our high security of supply and good reputation.

Your working day mainly consists of

• Installation and maintenance of control cabinets
• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical installations
• Connection of new electrical installations
• Establishment and maintenance of 10 kV and 0.4 kV cable networks, cable cabinets and transformer stations

In addition you will have various electrical technical ad-hoc tasks related to operation and maintenance of the power grid.

More about you

We expect that you

• are trained as an electrician or have performed similar work
• have experience with high voltage, or a desire to learn it
• have experience using electrical diagrams in your work
• have experience installing and troubleshooting control cabinets
• have a driving license

You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner. In addition, your good collaboration skills, helpfulness and flexibility quickly make you a good colleague.
