Can you both talk about pedagogical quality, find a missing rubber boot, create calm in chaos, and build the world's most beautiful sofa cave?

Two pedagogues sought for Frugthaven's Kindergarten

Frugthaven is a cozy kindergarten, where the interior resembles a cozy summer house more than an institution. Here there is warmth, good atmosphere, presence and room for both big ideas and small moments.

We are looking for two pedagogues on 37 hours who want to be part of a professionally strong community, where we spar with each other, develop ourselves and together create the best frameworks for the children.

We want you to

• be professionally strong and curious
• love play, relationships and presence
• contribute with good humor and positive energy
• want to make your mark on everyday life
• think creatively and a little differently
• thrive with sparring, development and shared ambitions

With us you will meet colleagues who are passionate about their profession, and also plenty of opportunities to make your mark on everyday life.

In short: We are not just looking for a pedagogue. We are looking for two colleagues who want to contribute to our community and to make a good house even better.

If you want to hear more about the positions, please contact acting daily manager Mie Eilgaard at melb @fredensborg.dk or tel. 51216876

We look forward to hearing from you. 🌱
