KH OneStop A/S is the importer and exclusive distributor of Thermo King and FrigoBlock transport cooling systems, and our goal is clear: We keep the transport industry well running with high quality, good service and dedicated employees like you.

With us you will be part of a company with over 40 years of experience. We are about 200 dedicated employees spread across the country, and in Padborg you join a strong community of 45 dedicated colleagues, including our sales and support team, technical department and assembly workshop.

You will become the important link

You coordinate the day-to-day between sales, workshop, external suppliers and customers. Your tasks span from planning and close follow-up on order status to direct dialogue with our partners, just as you support the team with preparing order confirmations, placing orders and invoicing.

You ensure together with the sales and support team a high quality and timely delivery of cooling systems, assemblies and services to our customers.

Your main tasks

• Planning and coordination of daily deliveries
• Follow-up on orders and delivery status
• Dialogue with internal departments, external suppliers and customers
• Assistance in preparing order confirmations, ordering and invoicing of orders
• Coordination of deliveries of technical solutions, where you use your technical understanding to follow up on orders and ensure that the right products and solutions are delivered on time.

• Have experience from the transport industry, a technical background or a natural interest in technology and a desire to familiarize yourself with technical products and solutions
• Are an experienced user of IT systems (Outlook, Excel, Word) and eager to learn our internal systems (there will be thorough training).
• Have good Danish language skills and command English (German is an advantage).
• Work systematically and maintain a cool head, so tasks are always solved efficiently and on time.

Personal qualities

You are used to a daily life with many different tasks, where you thrive on making independent decisions and have good situational awareness. We place great emphasis on having a structured approach and good sense of order.

You do not need to be a technician to succeed in the role. But you must have a natural interest in technology and be curious about our products. We provide thorough training in both our solutions and internal systems.
