Kitchen assistant sought for Restaurant NOK

Restaurant NOK in Randers is seeking an experienced and service-minded kitchen assistant for a permanent full-time position at 37 hours per week.

We are looking for a versatile employee who thrives with a variety of tasks and can assist in both the kitchen and the daily operation of the restaurant. You will become part of a team where things can be busy, and where good collaboration, overview and excellent service are important.

Your tasks will include

• Preparation and cooking of food
• Preparation, replenishment and maintenance of the buffet
• Serving at the cash register and with customers
• Receiving and handling orders
• Preparation and packing of takeaway food
• Preparation of ingredients and other kitchen tasks
• Cleaning and tidying in the kitchen and work areas
• Other practical tasks related to the restaurant's daily operation

We expect that you

• Have previous experience from a restaurant, café, canteen or similar – experience is a requirement
• Can work independently and maintain an overview, even when it is busy
• Are flexible and prepared to take on different tasks
• Are reliable, responsible and service-minded
• Can collaborate well with colleagues and greet guests in a friendly manner
• Can communicate in Danish or English
