Kløverhulen is looking for a kindergarten educator – and a colleague who is eager for a special role

Would you like to help create safe surroundings, strong communities of children and a daily life characterised by play, presence and development?

We are seeking a qualified educator for 37 hours from 1 January 2027 , who wants to bring their professionalism, presence and commitment into the role with us. You should also be willing to take on the role of deputy .

With us, relationships and play are the starting point

In Kløverhulen we believe that wellbeing, curiosity and development grow when children feel safe, are met with presence and feel that they belong.

We work purposefully with pedagogical learning environments, where all children have the opportunity to participate, develop and be a meaningful part of the community. With appreciative pedagogy, clear frameworks and deliberate organization, we create space for play, immersion and development.

Play has a particularly special place with us. We are looking for an educator who dares to sit on the floor, follow the children’s initiatives, contribute ideas and help carry the play forward. You should be able to see when the children need space to play by themselves, and when your participation can support the play, inspire or help more children into the community.

A professional community in development

As an educator in Kløverhulen you will become part of a dedicated staff where we together take responsibility for the children's wellbeing, learning and development. You will have the opportunity to work with smaller groups of children and contribute your ideas in a professional community with room for reflection together with your colleagues. In addition you will receive four times a year one-to-one professional sparring on your pedagogical practice with your pedagogical leader.

In spring 2026 we, as a day care, started Dagtilbud for alle . It is a joint competence development program focused on creating participation opportunities for all children and developing our practice through shared reflection and evaluation, of which you naturally will also become a part.

Deputy role

If you have a leadership aspiration, here you can get the opportunity to get a feel for some of the tasks that a pedagogical leader handles. And if you would like to participate in one of Aarhus Municipality’s leadership clarification programs, we will support your development wish.

• is a qualified educator and works reflectively and professionally with your practice
• follows the children’s initiatives and dares to participate actively in play
• has a view to creating participation opportunities for all children
• can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities
• thrives being part of the big child community but also in smaller groups
• contributes positively to collaboration with colleagues and parents
• wants to share responsibility for everyday life and take on the role of deputy.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination takes place after negotiation with the union entitled to negotiate based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement which can form the basis for the salary determination

Weekly hours: 37
