Club Educator

We are looking for an engaged and energetic pedagogue for our after-school and youth club.

Are you passionate about creating communities, launching activities and giving children and young people great experiences? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

We are seeking a colleague, preferably a pedagogue, who wants to help develop our after-school club and create an inspiring and inclusive club environment where children and young people thrive, develop, and experience the joy of being part of a community.

A special part of the position will be to focus on girls' communities. We want to create frameworks where the girls can meet, unfold, strengthen their relationships and find new communities through activities and good experiences. The position will be split between two departments. That means you will work in two different departments during a week.

Your tasks will include

• To develop and create strong and inclusive communities, with a special focus on the girls.
• To initiate activities, preferably within music, dance, theatre or another form of movement and joy.
• To generate good ideas for pedagogical initiatives and translate them into practice
• To contribute to the club's daily operations and pedagogical work
• To help create safe relationships and a good sense of community across children and young people

We are looking for someone who

• Preferably is trained as a pedagogue
• Is energetic, engaged and has a lot of drive.
• Wants to take initiative and can start activities on their own.
• Is creative and willing to try new ideas
• Is interested in music, dance, theatre, gymnastics, sport and movement.
• Can build good relationships with children and young people and can meet them with presence and recognition.
• Thrives with both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues
• Wants to contribute to a positive and developing working environment.
