Pedagogue for Club Templetræet

Club Templetræet seeks a qualified and development-oriented club pedagogue for 30 hours in a six-month maternity leave position from January 1 to June 30, 2027. No school hours are attached to the position.

During the maternity leave, you will have the opportunity to develop your own workshop, based on your own areas of expertise. You can either take over the workshop that is available during the maternity period, which is our travel workshop. The travel workshop weekly plans several outings/activities outside the club in the club's minibus, or you have the opportunity to create your own workshop in our multipurpose room. Your choice of activity must, of course, complement the workshops already in the club.

In the multipurpose room there is the possibility of table tennis, foosball, Magic Cards, film workshop, or anything else you are passionate about.

Regardless of which activity you choose, you will also become part of our Winter Bath Club, which goes once a week to Amager Strand, where we have our own sauna – there is no obligation to bathe.

The School at Bülowsvej and Club Templetræet is a public school for about 1000 children and 140 staff located centrally on Frederiksberg. The school focuses on well-being and opportunities to participate for all. Club Templetræet is part of the School at Bülowsvej with shared traditions and shared leadership.

We are centrally located on Frederiksberg at Fuglevangsvej 8A. Daily we provide the framework for about 450 leisure and youth club children’s leisure lives and 15 staff members’ working lives. The club building sits next to the school building and the club pedagogue are part of the children's education and leisure section, where we, in collaboration with the other staff, work to ensure a safe, good and developing day for the children during the full opening hours.

The club's vision is that childhood is important and our pedagogy and activities are adapted to this vision. We are a workplace that finds it exciting and necessary to continually develop the framework so that our pedagogical practice fits the needs of the children’s group. The club operates workshop-based and each workshop practically functions as an opportunity for an interest community for a group of children.

The workshops have their own financial autonomy. In the coming years we in the entire organization have a special focus on the competencies that make it possible for all children to feel included in our activity offers in the club and in the school's teaching. Therefore we are looking for pedagogues who, in addition to the important daily work with the children, also want to contribute with high professional standards and perspectives into this important work.

-is a trained pedagogue

-has a driving license

-can take initiative, plan and carry out exciting programs for the benefit of the children

-can take a fixed weekly evening shift

-can participate in planning and taking part in weekend trips

-is well-founded and seeks dialogue with both colleagues and parents.

-has a professional curious, positive and appreciative approach

-possibly has, or wishes to take a swimming test
