Your new everyday life

With us you will become part of a smaller kitchen team where we every day serve lunch and meeting catering to around 100 guests. Our guests come both from production and the office, which gives different wishes and needs throughout the day.

We cook from scratch with a focus on quality, taste and good ingredients. At the same time we place great emphasis on the personal guest experience, where a smile, good service and a nicely presented buffet are a natural part of everyday life.

In the smaller team you get both responsibility and the opportunity to put your mark on the menu and daily life in the kitchen. At the same time you get close to the regular guests and learn their wishes and preferences to know.

It gives you a versatile daily life where good culinary craft, collaboration and personal service go hand in hand.

Your tasks

You take a central role in the daily operation, where you among other things

• Prepare today's lunch and meeting catering with focus on quality and variation
• Contribute to planning of the menu and the daily production
• Order and receive goods and ensure good use of ingredients
• Focus on economics, food waste and efficient operation
• Serve the guests and contribute to a good experience in the canteen
• Ensure self-check, food safety and order in the kitchen
• Participate in events and special activities – though only to a limited extent

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained chef or caterer
• Preferably have experience from canteen or similar kitchen operations
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Have joy in good culinary craftsmanship and a sense of quality
• Are service-minded and thrive with guest contact
• Speak, read and write Danish
