The location is Casablanca in the Latin Quarter, Aarhus city centre

We are looking for a responsible person who would love, among other things, to produce delicious elements for the City’s best brunch - including pesto, jams, salsas, hummus, various salads, etc. You will also be responsible for sandwiches and salads for our bakery Mor Anna. You must be passionate about the craft, dedicated and enthusiastic about the ingredients and the individual elements.

About the job

You will become part of our skilled team of chefs. We expect you can contribute with the following:

• Skilled craftsmanship and knowledge of the ingredients - we do not compromise on quality and ingredients
• Actively contribute in the development of new elements
• Ensure good dialogue with our brunch lead and the head chef, so we are always ahead

Your profile

As the person responsible for our production kitchen you should be able to keep a cool head and maintain an overview – even when it is busy and the house is full of guests.
