Kola Sons is looking for a Service Manager – we are growing!

At Kola Sons we are in an exciting period of development and are in the process of hiring several employees. Therefore we are now seeking a skilled and engaged service manager who can help ensure that our daily operations run efficiently and that our employees have the right framework to deliver a good piece of work.

Your primary tasks will include

• Coordinate and plan work tasks, allocation of the shift schedule.
• Ensure good communication between employees, customers and management.
• Follow up on tasks and ensure that the work is carried out on time and with the right quality. (service check)
• Contribute to structure, overview and efficient workflows as the company grows.
• Help motivate and support the employees in daily life.
• The position also involves practical participation in the daily service tasks. You must be flexible and ready to step in during acute needs, including illness, holidays or other situations where the other employees are not able to cover the tasks. It is therefore important that you thrive in a diverse everyday life where you both have responsibility for coordination and leadership as well as actively participate in the practical work.
• Take care of purchasing, missing goods/equipment, etc.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured and good at creating an overview. You thrive on taking initiative, solving challenges and ensuring that both employees and customers have a good experience.
