About the job

We are the Department of Intensive Care, ward 4131, which provides complex intensive nursing care for children and adults, including multi-trauma, burns, infectious disease or hematological problems. In addition, we treat patients after complex planned surgery, liver transplants and complicated respiratory treatment.

We work in a high-tech world, with a strong focus on both the acute as well as the fundamental nursing care. Our workdays are varied yet recognizable. Nursing for the individual patient is planned and carried out based on the individual patient's needs, the department's goals for nursing and with respect for the patient's individuality and integrity.

With us you will experience a very close leadership, which together with the rest of the department has a great focus on YOU getting a good start in the ward. We work with openness, constructive feedback and a very structured onboarding program, which we believe helps to create a safe and good working environment.
