Electrical engineer/electrical installer for complex electrical systems in industry, pharma and data centers – Søren Jensen A/S, Aarhus

We are currently seeking one or preferably several colleagues who have experience and strong competencies within electrical engineering, and who would like to contribute with advisory services and design of low- and high-voltage components for data centres, industry, commercial sectors and pharma.

Søren Jensen A/S is a leading advisor in the construction of data centres in Denmark. We are strong with a dedicated Critical Systems team and advisory services for projects where uptime, redundancy and operational reliability are non-negotiable. We work according to the central international data centre standards and hold Uptime Institute accreditations that match the demands customers place – from colocation to hyperscale. In the team we also work on exciting projects within industry, commercial sectors and pharma – but it is no secret that our portfolio currently abounds with tasks within data centres.

About the position

At Søren Jensen A/S you will become part of our dedicated industrial unit, where we in close cooperation with customers and partners design and realise electrical infrastructure for data centres and industrial construction – from idea to commissioning.

Specifically, you will work with

• Advisory and design of electrical projects with high complexity – especially within data centres and critical systems
• Complex electrical installations through all phases of construction
• Follow-up and supervision on construction sites
• Design of switchboards, cable trays, equipment, cables, conduits etc. for low- and high-voltage installations
• Preparation of tender material (descriptions, drawings, bill of quantities etc.)
• Solid, professional and innovative advisory to customers and partners

About you

You can drive your own deliveries, communicate confidently and translate needs into solutions that work in practice. You actively contribute with concrete solution proposals and help customers develop their facilities and translate plans into finished deliveries.

We imagine that you have

• A relevant education as electrical engineer, electrical installer or marine engineer with an electrical engineering background and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with design of power or low-current installations
• Experience from the consulting industry and experience with data centres/industry is a plus – not a requirement
• Good IT skills and familiarity with digital tools – preferably Revit
