Conductor/Supervisor

Do you know how to inspect all types of crane tasks and advise customers in connection with the tasks? Are you passionate about finding the best solutions in close collaboration with your colleagues? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

At BMS A/S in Odense we have a booming workload and are therefore looking for a stable and proactive foreman/supervisor for our team.

We offer a position as a supervisor, where you will be responsible for inspection of crane and transport jobs as well as proactive and maintenance sales in the region.

The job

• inspect tasks and advise our customers
• prepare offers and ensure follow-up
• carry out proactive and maintenance sales
• follow-up on sales closures
• prepare instructions, risk assessment etc. on selected tasks
• forward information about concluded agreements to the rental team
• nurture existing customer relationships
• conduct supervision/inspections on tasks
• participate in on-call duty.

Qualifications/competences

• you have technical understanding, preferably as a supervisor, project manager or similar
• you have experience from similar jobs, e.g. from construction or transport industry
• you are proactive, a good businessperson and achieve good results
• you take responsibility, are determined and have a positive approach
• you master Danish and English in writing and speech
• you are a team player with a focus on honesty and loyalty.
