About the job

Country Manager – Nordic iGaming Market

Location: Sliema, Malta Salary: €50,000–90,000 annually (gross)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially strong Country Manager to drive growth, build strategic relationships and expand our presence in the Nordic iGaming market. The role targets a profile with solid industry experience, a strong network and a proven ability to create new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing the region, opening new partnerships and delivering commercial results in an international, fast-paced environment.

About the role

As Country Manager you will have full commercial responsibility for the Nordic region. You will work predominantly in a hunter-style approach with a focus on new business development, strategic partnerships and scaling the market position. The role requires a network-rich profile who can open doors quickly, build relationships at C-level and close deals autonomously.

You will identify new opportunities, drive the entire B2B sales cycle, represent the company across the industry and ensure that our solutions are strongly positioned in the market.

Why work here – and what does it mean for your career?

Working in this organization gives you the opportunity to develop yourself in one of the world's most advanced and fastest-growing iGaming environments. The company provides software, platforms and live-casino solutions at world-class levels and operates globally with thousands of specialists across several international hubs.

You will become part of a culture where ownership, professionalism and commercial quality are central values. This means you get the freedom to drive your region, shape strategies and build partnerships at a high level — while having strong internal resources in product, marketing and technology.

Career-wise, the role offers

  • Access to global projects and international stakeholders
  • Opportunity to work with market-leading iGaming products
  • An environment where commercial profiles can grow quickly and have tangible impact
  • Strong exposure across the industry through events, conferences and C-level networks
  • A platform where your results directly influence the region's growth and the company's position

In short: You get an opportunity to accelerate your career, expand your network and work in an international setup where innovation, quality and commercial execution are at the core.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking and strategic outreach
  • Drive the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal
  • Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and deliver a consultative, solution-oriented sales strategy
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Act as product specialist and present both existing and upcoming solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into partnerships
  • Prepare commercial offers and presentations
  • Report pipeline status and sales progression
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and industry events
  • Conduct product demonstrations online and in person
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to support initiatives that drive new business

Requirements

  • Fluent Swedish or Danish and strong English skills
  • An existing C‑level network in the gaming/gambling industry
  • Proven experience from the Nordic iGaming market (B2B or commercial B2C)
  • In-depth knowledge of casino, slots and live casino products
  • Experience with developing and executing regional or global sales strategies
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast, complex and changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Independent, proactive and motivated with a strong commercial drive
  • Ability to influence, inspire and build long-term relationships
  • Hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
  • Data-driven mindset and focus on results

Benefits

  • Extensive onboarding and training to high industry standards
  • Supportive, inclusive and collaborative company culture
  • Excellent career opportunities in a rapidly growing international organization
  • Access to ongoing learning and development via a dedicated learning platform
