About the job

Your primary task as a customer service consultant is to provide first-class service to our lovely customers. With good service also comes sales, where you are tasked with combining your first-class service with upselling.

You put the customer experience in the driver's seat here and help the customer tailor the perfect product portfolio.

It is of course an advantage if you have some form of experience in customer service and sales, but it is not a requirement. As long as you have the right attitude and motivation, we can teach you the rest.
