About the job

We are looking for Danish-speaking customer service representatives for an international company in Sofia.

You will be part of a multicultural team, where you help Danish-speaking customers over the phone with questions about mobile subscriptions and various services.

The position is without sales, and previous experience with customer service is not a requirement. You will receive thorough training so you are well prepared for the job.
