About the job

You will be a central part of the process from the first product data is received until the item is ready for launch. With your expertise, you will help ensure that labelling, declarations and product information comply with applicable laws. You will become an important sparring partner for colleagues across the organization and will have a broad contact surface to suppliers, product development, procurement and sales.

No day is exactly the same, but common to your tasks is that you create an overview and ensure that the details are in place.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility will include, among others

• Gathering and quality assurance of product and packaging information from producers
• Creation and maintenance of product and master data
• Preparation of declarations and labelling for Denmark and other EU markets
• Coordination of registrations of private label products with retailers
• Dialogue with manufacturers and printers about packaging, labels and declarations.

This position focuses on documentation, labelling and product quality.

HACCP, audits and regulatory contact are not part of the role.

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with food legislation as well as labelling and are motivated by translating complex requirements into practical solutions. You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, but at the same time you can maintain an overview when several products are under development at the same time.
